The Assistant Director of Residences will be instrumental in supporting the Director of Residences in the administration of all financial aspects of the Residential operation, to ensure that all local and corporate policies and procedures are observed and to supervise the day to day operation of the Residential department and its team members.
To assist the Director of Residences in the review and compliance of all legal documents pertaining to the Residential operation. To assist the Director of Residences in the review, preparation and presentation of the annual Residential Rental Budget and the annual Residential Homeowner Association Budget.
The Assistant Director of Residences will ensure that all areas of the residences are appropriately staffed in accordance with labour standards and legal agreements and has the ability to assist with the aid of key personnel, strategies and programs to ensure attainment of the residential goals and objectives.
Must have experience with preparation of a comprehensive annual operating profit plan, for all departments in the residential operation, including Residential Rental, Residential HOA and Residential a la Carte departments, and be well equipped in assisting in the preparing a capital expenditure plan/reserve study plan.
Previous experience in the same or similar role within the Luxury Hotel HOA program would be ideal. Must have the exposure of dealing with high net worth home owners and responding to their needs with professionalism and urgency.
An additional language is considered an asset.
