Branch Manager – TDC Financial Services Company Limited (St. Kitts)

The St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla Trading and Development Company Limited (TDC) is a leading public sector company and an equal opportunity employer in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.

TDC is currently seeking applications from experienced, dynamic and results oriented professionals who are highly motivated to lead the TDC Financial Services Company Limited, St. Kitts Branch, which is located at The Circus, Basseterre in the position of Branch Manager.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the operations of the St. Kitts Branch and will also be expected to perform essential duties including:

  • The general management of the office and all direct reports
  • Maintaining a positive organizational culture through strong and effective leadership
  • Enforcing the Company’s strategy to achieve its goals
  • Ensures employees provide the highest quality service to customers
  • Maintaining the Company’s image by collaborating with customers and employees by enforcing the standards of ethical business practices
  • Monitoring the lending process to provide support to staff while ensuring total compliance with KYC indicators
  • Growing the sale of loan products within the risk tolerance levels
  • Managing the budgets for the Branch
  • Producing and submitting monthly performance reports
  • Ensuring compliance with credit approval limits
  • Assists in the implementation and maintenance of appropriate systems for risk management and internal control
  • Assess the market to maintain competitive advantage
  • Conducts due diligence checks to ensure all required documents are collected and examined for all new deposit accounts
  • Assists in new product development, advertising and promotions

Qualifications and Experience

  • At minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
  • Certification in Accounting, Finance or related fields will be a plus
  • At minimum, five (5) years branch management experience


  • Possess experience in managing and accessing risk as a mortgage and loans provider
  • Possess experience in quality lending decision-making
  • Results Driven and Customer Focused
  • Able to manage time, produce statistical reports and meet deadlines
  • Able to lead, coach and manage a diverse team to produce results
  • Possess advanced computer skills in MS Office and Excel
  • Able to navigate banking software
  • Excellent organizational and written communication skills
