Driver & Tour Guide – Liamuiga Natural Farm

Position Summary:
Liamuiga Natural Farm is seeking a confident, personable, and safety-minded Driver & Tour Guide to transport guests to and from the farm and provide engaging, informative tours along the way. This unique role blends logistical support with hospitality, offering guests a seamless, story-rich journey through the landscapes and culture of St. Kitts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate farm vehicles, including military-style trucks, to transport guests, staff, and supplies
• Serve as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guide, narrating the history, culture, and ecological significance of Liamuiga Natural Farm and surrounding areas
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and maintained
• Greet guests warmly, assist with boarding, and ensure a comfortable ride experience
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer guest questions, and promote farm experiences, products, and values
• Assist with setup for events, tours, and offsite deliveries as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (experience with large vehicles preferred)
• Previous tour guiding, public speaking, or customer-facing experience is a major plus
• Excellent communication skills and an engaging personality
• Passion for local culture, agriculture, and sustainability
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (May be required to work weekends and holidays)
