Landscaper – Groundskeeper & Garden Maintenance

Position Summary:
Our landscaper ensures that the natural beauty of Liamuiga Natural Farm stays lush, vibrant, and inviting. You’ll care for plants, trails, and green spaces while helping preserve the magic of the rainforest setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawns, gardens, walking paths, and farm landscapes
• Plant, prune, water, and care for ornamental and edible plants
• Clear debris and manage compost or waste systems
• Support the farm team in planting and infrastructure upkeep

Qualifications:

• Prior landscaping, gardening, or agricultural experience
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Knowledge of local plants and eco-friendly practices
• Self-starter who enjoys hands-on, nature-based work

Location: Liamuiga Natural Farm, St. Kitts

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (May be required to work weekends and holidays)

Compensation: Based on experience
